In Functie Van, an Antwerp based office specializing in transforming your ideas into stunning 3D renderings. The clients brief was pretty straightforward yet challenging: to create open floor plans that promote productivity and creativity while rethinking vertical circulation with a minimum impact.The works were completed with a seamless transition to residential in mind, without any disruptions or damages. We ensured that the transformation could be easily implemented without any hiccups. In cooperation with Gevelinzicht.

At the top floor we created an open kitchen that also doubles as their main meetingroom. The kitchen aligns with the vide and skylight; it serves as a balustrade and with the addition of a lush green planter, the space is transformed into a truly inviting oasis.
