ART HOME
Home for a an art collector. Our approach to this project was to de-clutter and clarify the existing space, making it more inviting. We decided to open up the space as much as possible, creating a seamless transition between the various rooms. We also opted for uniformity in materials and colours, creating a sense of cohesiveness throughout the entire home. We chose white as the dominant colour, it provides a clean and fresh backdrop that allows the owner's collection to take center stage.

By minimizing the kitchen's footprint, we were able to create more space for dining, living, and showcasing art pieces. We have carefully crafted the design to incorporate a hidden extractor, which is nestled behind a sculptural incision, giving it an infinity vibe. Although the kitchen itself may be small, we don't skimp on the details. For example, the mirror above the sink doubles as a hidden cupboard for hand cream, washing liquid, and other essentials. Plus, the dishwasher handle is cut out of the concrete counter. The art collection is featured in every room of this home, including the bathroom. There, you'll find a black and white mixed media above the bath.
